All returns and exchanges must be initiated within the specified timeframes based on the reason for the return. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items (e.g., wrong product, color, or quantity), you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. For non-defective items that you wish to return or exchange due to personal preference, you may initiate the process within 7 days of delivery. Items returned after these timeframes will not be accepted, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all products must meet certain conditions. For non-defective items, the product must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. This includes toothbrushes that have not been used, toothbrush holders free of scratches or damage, and rinsing cups without any signs of wear or use. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we may request photos of the item and your order details to verify the issue before approving the return or exchange.
When returning or exchanging defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for the reasonable shipping costs incurred, provided you use a standard shipping method. For non-defective items returned due to personal preference, all shipping costs associated with the return and exchange (including the cost of shipping the new item to you for exchanges) are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not refund original shipping costs for non-defective returns, unless the return is a result of our error.
The process for initiating a return or exchange is simple. First, notify us of your intent to return or exchange the item, providing your order details and the reason for the request. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to package and ship the item back to us. Please ensure that the item is packaged securely to prevent further damage during transit, as we are not responsible for items damaged during the return shipping process.

For refunds, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method, and you will receive a notification once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account, depending on their processing times. There are certain items that are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This includes any personalized or custom-made products, as well as items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer beyond normal handling. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
If you receive a replacement item as part of an exchange and it is also defective or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the replacement, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
